Universal Products & Experiences has launched shopUniversal.com, a redesigned e-commerce platform that brings Universal’s theme park merchandise to fans around the world. The updated site replaces Universal’s previous online store and introduces an expanded selection of park-exclusive products, personalized items, and made-to-order collectibles inspired by attractions, films, and seasonal events.
The revamped digital storefront features a cleaner layout, faster search tools, and improved navigation, making it easier for users to browse by franchise, park, or product type. The goal, according to Universal, is to deliver a more “immersive and personalized” retail experience that captures the excitement of visiting its parks at Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, and beyond.
Among the new site’s features are personalized products, allowing fans to customize select items with names or park-inspired designs; made-to-order merchandise, which expands creative options while supporting sustainability efforts; and exclusive collections, with new releases added weekly from across Universal’s global destinations and attractions.
NEW Holidays at Universal Collection
Just in time for the holiday season, shopUniversal is debuting its Holidays at Universal collection, featuring new Spirit Jerseys, ornaments, and seasonal apparel inspired by The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hello Kitty, DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek, and classic Universal films like Back to the Future (celebrating its 40th anniversary) and Jaws (marking its 50th).
Coming Soon – NEW Wicked: For Good Collection
Also arriving this month is a new Universal Parks-exclusive collection inspired by Wicked: For Good, the upcoming film from Universal Pictures. The line includes apparel, home goods, and plush celebrating the Land of Oz and its iconic characters. These items will be available both online and at select retail locations within Universal’s U.S. parks.
