Universal Orlando has announced that one of their ride technicians died early this morning while at work.
The news release said he “passed away this morning while working inside our ‘Men in Black’ attraction. This is sad news for all of us and we will do everything we can to take care of his family and our team members.”
Park officials added that they “are working to fully understand what happened and we will cooperate with all relevant authorities. We are not going to speculate about what happened – but we can say this has nothing to do with ride safety or the guest experience.”
The man’s name has not been released.
