We now officially have an opening date for Volcano Bay! On May 25, Universal Orlando’s third theme park (water theme park) will have its grand opening. The grand opening will coincide with a media event on property taking place from May 22 through the 25. Tickets are now available to purchase!
Volcano Bay will make use of some of the most innovative technology ever created, including the TapuTapu wearables that will be used in conjunction with Universal’s Virtual Line experience. Let’s not forget about the Krakatau Aqua Coaster that will be the first-of-its-kind making use of linear induction motors to propel boats upwards and downwards.
The 28-acre theme park will consist of 4 lands and 18 total attractions and we will be there opening day to let you know how it is!
