I’m back with another sweet snack recommendation from the newly-opened Terra Luna Resort at Universal Orlando. Just around the bends of the space-age style lobby, you’ll find Omega Cafe, which offers one Chocolate Moon Pizza for $11 on the dessert side of their lunch and dinner menus. This is simply pizza dough topped with Nutella, marshmallow sauce, fresh strawberries, and sugar dust.

Upon trying this lunar sweet treat, I was surprised at how well I liked it. While the dough is pretty standard quick-service style pizza dough, the toppings work well together, resembling a home-made, after-school snack from childhood. However, I told myself if I were to try the dessert pizza again, I felt it could have used a few more tart strawberry slices to help balance out the sweetness a bit more.

One evening later, I ordered one more Chocolate Moon Pizza with additional strawberries. After the Team Member at the register inquired with nearby management, she quickly inputted “extra strawberries” for a whopping $0.00, keeping my sweet snack total to $11. This ensured plenty of juicy strawberries with each bite of the dessert flatbread. Honestly, no regrets. The marshmallow sauce was mixed into the Nutella this time around, but it still tasted the same.

For no additional charge, I’d recommend trying out the fruity hack for this unique dessert during your Terra Luna stay! Extra points for bringing it back to the room and enjoying alongside a space-themed Universal classic such as E.T.!
