Cabana Bay Beach Resort is the latest Loews Hotel to open up at Universal Orlando and it is bringing a retro vibe with modern amenities. As you pull up to the resort, you will see classic cars parked out front. The huge lobby feels like a blast from the past and is a great place to relax – especially at Swizzle Lounge, the lobby bar that serves up classic cocktails. The Universal Gift Shop offers merchandise from all over Universal Orlando, but the specialty items are Cabana Bay and Jack LaLanne logo merchandise. Inside the main building is a Starbucks for when you need a pick me up, but if you’re looking for a full meal then stop by Bayliner Diner – the food court that offers everything from burgers, chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches and pizza to more classic creations like tuna noodle casserole and swedish meatballs. Upstairs you can find Galaxy Bowl – a ten lane alley with specialty drinks and a lunch/dinner menu, Game-O-Rama arcade, Fun in the Sun recreation center and the Jack LaLanne Physical Fitness Studio.
