Universal Orlando Resort just announced that they’re opening an all-new quick service food venue called Bend The Bao at Universal CityWalk!

This brand new location will begin welcoming guests on Tuesday, June 15th and will feature a variety of items that fuse popular Asian cuisine with diverse ingredients such as crab cakes, pork belly, kimchee fried chicken and more – creating an entirely new mash-up that “bends” the idea of a traditional bao.

Bend The Bao is an original concept created exclusively by Universal Orlando and combines unique theming with an extraordinary twist on the traditional quick-service restaurant. Colorful pop art representing the creatures of the Chinese Zodiac will welcome guests to the venue, where they can grab tasty bao buns like the Crab Cake Bao with Maryland-style crab cake, shredded lettuce and mustard aioli, the Duck Bao with braised duck, kimchee slaw, XO sauce, cilantro and five-spice aioli, and more.

Bend The Bao is located on the second level of Universal CityWalk, next to the Universal Cinemark theatre, and will be open each day from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. beginning Tuesday, June 15th.
