Ahead of Epic Universe‘s May 22nd grand opening, Universal has officially released VIP Tours and Express Passes – two ways to skip the standby lines and save time at the brand new park.
Epic Universe Express Passes
1-day Express Passes are now available for Epic Universe for all available dates, including opening day. Prices start at $129.99 per person, but range from $230 – $260 for most of the summer.
The Universal Epic Universe Express Pass entitles one guest one-time Express ride access at participating rides and attractions within Universal Epic Universe. Unlimited Express is currently not an option for the park.

The Fine Print: The above product is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Epic Universe VIP Tours
Universal’s premium “skip-the-standby” option is also now available for Epic Universe. VIP Tours are pre-scheduled four-hour tours which include priority access at select attractions. In addition to your theme park ticket, prices start at $380 per person, but are priced between $570 – $650 throughout the summer. Available dates for the VIP Tour begin May 23rd — the day after the park’s grand opening. Here are the details from Universal:
1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket – Universal Epic Universe
The 1-Park 1-Day VIP Experience Ticket entitles one (1) guest a pre-scheduled four (4) hour tour of Universal Epic Universe theme park; priority entrance at select participating rides and attractions based on itinerary at discretion of Universal Orlando; one (1) VIP Priority access; a VIP Experience souvenir lanyard; Exclusive behind-the-scenes experience in the park; VIP discount at select merchandise locations within the park on day of VIP Experience; and one (1) complimentary valet parking on day of the VIP tour (1 vehicle, based on availability with advance purchase).
Tours depart approximately 30 minutes after the check-in time. The VIP Priority access will allow one (1) time express ride access (with VIP credential) at all participating rides and attractions for the date of the VIP tour (valid at conclusion of the VIP tour during normal park operating hours) in the same theme park and on the same calendar day as the tour. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. The VIP Experience requires advance reservations and is only available during regular theme park operating hours.
The Fine Print: Subject to availability; Ticket is date and time specific; 48 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Theme park admission is not included. Separate theme park admission ticket to Universal Epic Universe is required and must be valid for the same calendar day and to the same theme park as the tour ticket.
