Optimal Times to Ride
Mine-Cart Madness is among the most popular attractions at Epic Universe, often experiencing substantial wait times. It’s important to note that the ride has a relatively low hourly capacity, accommodating about 1,000 guests per hour, which contributes to longer wait times. Additionally, this attraction is not included in the skip-the-standby Express Pass. Potential ride delays or temporary closures can also arise. That said, when is the best time to ride?
Early Park Admission (EPA): If you have access to Early Park Entry (available beginning May 23rd) it’s advisable to head to Mine-Cart Madness immediately after enjoying Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge or Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experience (depending on your travel party’s immediate priorities).
Regular Park Hours: For those without EPA, consider riding during typical dining hours where other guests are more likely to spend their time elsewhere. Try lunchtime between 12PM and 1PM or during dinner hours, after 5PM.
