Lucius Malfoy is attending A Celebration of Harry Potter
It was already announced that Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick and Griphook) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) would be attending A Celebration of Harry Potter 2017, but now we know one other celebrity guest who will be attending! Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) will be joining in on the fun from January 27-29.
Along with this announcement, Universal has also released the full schedule of events for A Celebration of Harry Potter and it should be a jam packed weekend. Here is a look at some of the events taking place:
Friday, January 27
- Harry Potter Expo open from 9 am – 5 pm
- Opening Night Event at the Music Plaza Stage from 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm
Saturday, January 28
- Harry Potter Expo open from 9 am – 3:30 pm
- WB Studio Tour London – Discover the secrets behind Creature Effects with Nick Dudman & Warwick Davis at the Toon Lagoon Ampitheater from 10 am – 10:30 am
- MinaLima: Graphic Design for the Harry Potter Films with MinaLima at the Music Plaza Stage from 11:30 am – 12 pm
- Learn Wand Combat Skills with Paul Harris at the Music Plaza Stage from 2 pm – 2:30 pm
- Stories From The Exhibition: Taking the Audio-Tour Experience to the World at the Toon Lagoon Ampitheater from 3 pm – 3:30 pm
- Harry Potter Film Talent Q&A at the Music Plaza Stage from 4 pm – 4:45 pm
- An Interview with Mary GrandPré at the Toon Lagoon Ampitheater from 4:15 pm – 4:45 pm

It is disappointing to see that no Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them cast members will be appearing, and on paper there appears to be no panels about the new, hit film. Still, A Celebration of Harry Potter 2017 will surely be another fun time honoring one of the greatest series of all time!
