Halloween 2022 isn’t even over, but that didn’t stop Universal from announcing the first house for Halloween Horror Nights 2023. Chucky will be terrorizing guests at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood next year. Chucky has seen a resurgence over the past couple of years thanks to the USA & SYFY hit series Chucky.
Chucky comes from the Child’s Play movie series which has 8 installments. The last movie was in 2019 and was a reboot of the entire series, but the only thing to come since then is the show the house will be based on.
Photo ops have been a part of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida for a couple of years and this year’s event had a Good Guy’s food booth. The last time Chucky had a real presence at Halloween Horror Nights was in 2018. The scare zone featured a talking Chucky and morbid toys walking throughout the streets of Hollywood.
