Halloween Marathon of Mayhem Lagoon Show Coming to HHN
Entertainment at Halloween Horror Nights is going to the next level! What was a pipe dream for many people is now a reality. For the first time ever, Universal will transform their lagoon into a “Halloween Marathon of Mayhem” with plenty of synth, neon, and ‘80s goodness.
This new show will be happening three times a night at 10 pm, 11 pm and 12 am, taking place on the lagoon where you’d typically see Universal Orlando’s Cinematic Celebration. The show sounds similar as it will feature projections on fountains, special effects, and state-of-the-art technology. That being said, what should we expect from the new show? Easy – everything we are getting with Halloween Horror Nights!
Universal specifically mentions in their official blog that Stranger Things, Ghostbusters, Universal Monsters, and Killer Klowns From Outer Space will be featured in the show. Even if those are the only properties being shown and not just the bare minimum, the show sounds pretty fantastic on paper.
Along with the announcement of Halloween Marathon of Mayhem, Universal also announced that their Terror Trivia will be returning to help pass time during the long event lines and keep you engaged in all things horror!
Halloween Marathon of Mayhem will join Academy of Villains as the entertainment for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights as well as 10 houses, 5 scare zones, and plenty of terror! Halloween Horror Nights begins September 6th and runs through November 2nd!
