Universal Orlando Resort has finally revealed a house for Halloween Horror Nights 2024! It was announced during a Spooky Empire panel that Slaughter Sinema will return to the event with a sequel house dubbed Slaughter Sinema 2! This house allows guests to be transported into a world of terrifying, strange, and bizarre b-movies.
Universal posted more about the house in a social media post saying, “If you’re dying for a b-movie horror marathon, head to the Carey Drive-in. Scream through scenes from creature features, grindhouse gore, spaghetti westerns and more.”
The original house in 2018 was a fan favorite because of some of the ridiculous fake movies created for the house like Attack of the Swamp Yeti, Amazon Cannibals from Planet Hell, The Cult of the Beast Baby, and Pumpkin Guts. The yeti creatures have now become a staple of Halloween Horror Nights and even Pumpkin Guts was reutilized in The Wicket Growth: Realm of the Pumpkin.
Halloween Horror Nights will have ten houses in total at the event in 2024 with more information to follow. Tickets are on sale now for select dates between August 30 – November 3, 2024!
