The Universal Mardi Gras Concert Lineup for 2017 has finally been announced and it includes an eclectic group of performers. There are 12 acts on the lineup this year between February 4 and March 25. Here is the full list:

- February 11 –Â Ne-Yo
- February 18 –Â Collective Soul
- February 19 –Â X Ambassadors
- February 25 –Â Fifth Harmony
- March 4 –Â Kool & the Gang
- March 5 –Â Olivia Newton-John
- March 11 –Â UB40
- March 12 –Â Toby Keith
- March 18 –Â Jason Derulo
- March 19 –Â Earth, Wind & Fire
- March 25 –Â The All-American Rejects
Just a reminder, this year Mardi Gras will be happening nightly from February 4 through March 25 instead of only the weekends like in the past. Because of this, that means 50 consecutive nights of the Mardi Gras parade, which will feature SIX NEW FLOATS this year themed to mythical creatures. These floats include:
- Manticore’s Majesty
- The Rise of the Garuda
- The Dance of the Dragon
- Phoenix from the Flames
- Garden Sprites
- The Flight of the Pegasus
Of course there will also be live bands from New Orleans and Cajun cuisine at The French Courtyard. The performers this year may not be as strong as other years, but the new floats in the parade are worth getting excited for!
