Universal Orlando Resort is celebrating their 30th year of Mardi Gras with their International Flavors of Carnaval from February 1st through March 30th. The event features an all-new menu of international cuisine, a nightly parade with colorful floats and live concerts. The best part? Mardi Gras festivities are included in regular theme park admission to Universal Studios Florida.
While we don’t know specific locations just yet, here’s a peek at some of the savory (and sweet!) Carnaval dishes that will be available around Universal Studios Florida beginning Saturday, February 1st!
