Guests looking for the best opportunity to view Universal Studios entertainment during the holiday season can now take advantage of a new dessert party the theme park is offering nightly between December 24th and 30th.
Tickets will run $49.99 for the Exclusive Holiday Viewing Area & Dessert Party, with tickets for kids 3-9 costing $29.99. The is a separately ticketed party, so regular park admission is still required.
The first half of the event will get guests a prime viewing spot for Universal’s Holiday Parade Featuring Macy’s. At 7 pm, party goers will gather in the Hollywood section of Universal Studios at an exclusive viewing area, where they will be treated to beverages including coffee and hot chocolate before taking in a exemplary view of the parade.
After that, attendees will also get access to an exclusive viewing area for Universal’s Cinematic Celebration. Starting at 8:45, guests can enter the area and take advantage of seasonal desserts and specialty beverages which include sparkling wine and sparkling cider before enjoying the park’s nighttime show.

Im waiting for both Disney and Universal to start charging for NYE at the parks as a separate event from 7pm till midnight or longer. (like they do for other separate ticket events)
