General Parking

Enclosed parking garage, moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket. There are also call boxes located throughout the parking garage which can be used to contact Security. Parking prices may increase during special events.

  • Regular Parking $25.00 (Free after 6:00 PM; regular pricing until 10:00 PM during Halloween Horror Nights)
  • Prime Parking $35.00 ($40 from April 13 through May 3, 2019)
  • RV/Bus Parking $30.00

Receive complimentary upgrade to Prime Parking with Avis and Budget car rentals from the Orlando International Airport with a voucher of proof.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for cars and vans. Upon arrival to Universal Orlando Resort, follow the signs to Valet Parking.

Before 6:00 pm

  • $25.00 for 2 hours
  • $65.00 for over 2 hours

After 6:00 pm

  • $25.00 for 2 hours
  • $65.00 for over 2 hours

For Preferred Annual Passholders

Vehicle Assistance

If you should experience car problems while visiting, battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to our guests. If further assistance is needed, raise your hood if possible, and report your vehicle’s location to any parking attendant for assistance.

Kennel Information

Universal Orlando offers kennels for dogs and cats on a first come-first served basis from 8:00 AM to 3:00 AM. The cost is $15.00 per pet per day.

Dogs weighing 39 pounds or more will be boarded in an outside, covered kennel and dogs weighing 38 pounds or less will be boarded in an inside kennel with air conditioning. Food, toys, blankets and other items that will make your pet more comfortable during its stay is allowed. Proof of Rabies, Bordetella and D.H.P.P. vaccinations for dogs is required. Proof of Rabies, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia and Rhinotrachetitis vaccinations for cats is required. Any further questions about the kennel call (407) 224-9509.
