In a move that doesn’t seem too surprising, Universal has announced that the NBC/Esquire Network show American Ninja Warrior will be taping in front of a live audience at Universal Studios Florida on May 10 and 11. The show, which debuted in December 2009, puts contestants from around the nation through extremely difficult obstacle courses proving that ninjas and possibly aliens are living among us normal humans. The taping will take place in the streets of New York where the impressive set for the show will be constructed. Hosts Matt Iseman and former NFL player Akbar Gjababiamila will be joined with co-host Kristine Leahy to call all of the action. If you’re going to be at Universal Orlando on May 10 or 11, sign up at http://www.on-camer-audiences.com for a chance at being part of the audience, but sign up quickly because space is limited!
