The Race Through New York Pre-Show video is…

In an attempt to get people pumped for Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, Universal has released a brief look at the Pre-Show video containing the safety spiel for the attraction and the only word I can use to describe it is interesting. In the video, Fallon is joined by his house band, The Roots, to perform a rap warning those who are pregnant or suffer from heart, neck, and back conditions to not ride the attraction, and it feels like classic Fallon. Take a look at the video below:

As a person who can’t really stand Jimmy Fallon’s comedy, this Pre-Show video is just another sign that the attraction could be mildly irritating. Still, The Tonight Show continues to be a dominant force in late night TV and Fallon is just as popular as he’s ever been. While this guy doesn’t see how this attraction can maintain relevance for longer than a few years, one cannot forget that Twister…Ride It Out occupied the new attraction’s space for far too long and TERMINATOR 2: 3-D continues to exist as well as A Day in the Park with Barney. Also, we can’t forget about Fievel’s Playland and Fear Factor Live!

Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon opens April 6, 2017.
