I think we can officially declare now that A Celebration of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando is going to be an event we will see every last weekend of January for at least the next four or five years. Universal has announced that the Potter-centric event will be back January 27-29, 2017.
No major details about the even have been released so far, including the film talent that will be present at the event, but guests can look forward to question and answer sessions, interactive exhibits in the expo, as well as special panels and demonstrations – all with general park admission. That’s right. This is a special event that requires no extra ticket.
