Halloween Horror Nights’ (HHN) 35th Anniversary begins on Friday, August 28th and we have a special early look at the Tribute Store! Thanks to an early Annual Passholder preview, we were able to explore the shopping experience earlier in the week complete with a look at the new sets and HHN merchandise. This year’s Tribute Store is back to being in its usual location within the I. Stein & Co. building in New York. This comes after the HHN 34 Tribute Store was moved to a temporary location due to the Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift coaster construction.
The theme of the Tribute Store matches the overall event theme of Infernal Carnival of Nightmares (I.C.O.N.) and is called “Sideshow Obscura”. Inside you’re promised to see oddities and curiosities including creatures, monsters, and a fortune teller. The Tribute Store features theming similar to the haunted house but with no scare actors. This is also where you’ll find the widest selection of HHN merch including this year’s I.P.s – Stranger Things, Hellraiser, Ozzy Osbourne, Evil Dead Burn, and Sinners.
Be sure to check out the Tribute Store on your visit to HHN or during normal parks at Universal Studios Florida. There’s also still time to book your HHN vacation happening August 28th – November 1st.
Come tour the HHN 35 Tribute Store with us –

The first room of the Tribute Store features attraction posters for mysterious creatures like the Mouthbrooder, the Mummified Giant, and a Tibetan Yeti paw. Here you’ll find plenty of skeletons and oddities like glass eyeballs and shrunken heads. Merchandise in this area includes Hellraiser, Evil Dead Burn, Ozzy Osbourne, and HHN-specific items featuring the house posters.

Be sure to take a minute to watch the eerie puppet show of underwater skeletons.

The next room called “The Pit” is home to the Coffintooth Creature who you find has escaped its cage. You can hear the distant sounds of sideshow patrons and the shadow of the Coffintooth Creature running free. Be sure to spend sometime in this room, you might even see the creature pop up in unexpected places.

Also in “The Pit” is where you’ll find Hamikuma and Stranger Things items including bags, clothes, and accessories.

After heading through the circus ring, step into Madam Basiel’s caravan where you’ll find costumes, a mysterious crystal ball, and trapped souls from the carnival’s past. The Sinners merch in this area includes a Spirit Jersey, T-shirts, Smoke and Stack’s hats, and other collectibles.

In the final room, you’ll find a more familiar carnival with a photo-op “wheel of death”, an eery ferris wheel, and a haunted carousel. This is where you’ll check-out with merchandise and can find select items from Killer Klowns from Outerspace, Art the Clown from Terrifier, and pre-packaged HHN treats.

On your way out of the Tribute Store you’ll find the character “The Curator” from past HHN’s and the “Tribute to Terror” comic. Be sure to spend enough time looking for details in this area – there are some great Easter eggs for fans!

If you’re looking for more shopping, you can see a more in-depth look at this year’s HHN merch in our article here. You can also find select items throughout CityWalk, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure. We can’t wait to share more updates and details from Halloween Horror Nights!
