Universal has announced more holiday fun for this year’s holiday celebrations which return to Universal Orlando Resort on November 12 through January 1, 2023. They previously announced Universal’s Holiday Parade Featuring Macy’s and the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular would be part of the seasonal lineup, but now there’s more! The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast will be returning for the first time in years at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast happens in Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous and allows guests to have breakfast and be surrounded by the Grinch and an army of Whos. The breakfast is buffet-style and in the past, it included a Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast Pizza to keep you in a Seuss mood. The breakfast is $41.99 + tax for adults and $26.99 + tax for children and does require reservations. Annual and Seasonal Passholders can receive a 20% discount on the dining experience when purchased at the front gate or a Guest Services location. The breakfast will be on select dates from November 12 through December 29 and includes one digital download photo.
Universal’s Holiday Tour will also be returning to the parks this year. Guests booking the tour will receive access to special holiday entertainment at Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The tour is only available on select dates and includes meeting the Grinch and Max at a hot cocoa bar with small bites and desserts, access to reserved seating for the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular, a meet and greet with Santa Claus in Universal Studios Florida, and an exclusive, after-hours showing of The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade.
Universal’s Holiday Tour begins on November 13 through January 1, 2023 and select nights only and pricing starts at $79.99 + tax. Seperate theme park admission with a 2-Park 1 Day Park-to-Park ticket is required. Annual and Seasonal Passholders receive a $10 discount per ticket.
Finally, the resort hotels will all receive festive decor, holiday feasts, and special activities. There will be special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, menorah lighting ceremonies, and holiday crafts. Select hotels will have Christmas tree lightings, strolling carolers, and more.
Considering visiting this November or December if you’ve never experienced the Holidays at Universal Orlando Resort. The festive event has gotten better each year and the holiday spirit comes alive in the middle of Central Florida.
