Universal Orlando will be raising employees’ base pay to $9.50/hour beginning on June 1. Pay went up last year to $9 and will increase to $10/hour in June of 2016. The company is also holding a job fair, hoping to fill thousands of summer job openings, as well as permanent positions. The fair is planned for Thursday, April 30; applicants need to apply online ahead of time and will be called for appointments.
