Universal Orlando Resort is NOT clowning around this season… or are they? We have another scare zone announcement for Halloween Horror Nights 35!

The city that never sleeps becomes a waking nightmare when its overrun by Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Art the Clown, and other clowns folk who can’t wait to tear you limb from limb.
Downtown Clown Town will take over the New York section of Universal Studios Florida. According to Universal’s description, guests will enter “the city that never sleeps,” where the streets have been transformed into a nightmare filled with clowns and chaos.
The scare zone will feature the previously announced Killer Klowns from Outer Space, along with the return of Art the Clown following his successful debut at Halloween Horror Nights last year in the Terrifier haunted house and as a roaming character. Universal has not revealed the full lineup of characters appearing in Downtown Clown Town, but the wording of the announcement leaves the door open for additional familiar [painted] faces from Horror Nights history. Perhaps original HHN clown icons such as Jack the Clown or Chance, or even the Treaks and Foons, could make an appearance. Either way, this is NOT the year for those with coulrophobia!
